O.K. I've got a couple of new FDMs.

1) fdm=csv replays a flight from a csv file, running forward or backwards in
time while controlling the rate.
2) fdm=skyhook, which lets you fly around as if hanging from a crane (sorta
like magic carpet, but you can go backward).

I have no clue how to check them in.
