[Flightgear-devel] Build Problem with MultiPlayer Code

Under MacOS X (and I assume other OSes as well), both 
multiplaytxmgr.cxx and multiplayrxmgr.cxx need to include <sys/types.h> 
before including <sys/socket.h>.
