If you do it'd probably be best to publish it in the "/position" property
path. The only thing is, it would actually be best to have it published as the
"lon/lat/alt at the fixed location" rather than as separate offsets to the
current "lon/lat/alt at the center of gravity".  This to suggest applying the
offset to the lon/lat/alt within JSBsim and just publish that data as the
current aircraft position in flightgear.

The reason for this is there are incompatibilities of the x,y and z axes
definitions between flightgear, plib, jsbsim, yasim, etc.
