Yes, that probably didn't help matters. In this lengthy and convoluted thread it's probably not the only thing I stated confusingly. My assumption has been all along that the 3D model would use an arbitrary frame and origin and that the scene code would have to translate the frame for the 3D model so that the nose was (_effectively_) at the (0,0,0) point.



Okay, I feel much better. I still don't agree with your choice of VRP points with
respect to the aircraft, but I do understand why you chose that point and I accept
those reasons. I see no reason not to proceed. I feel I'm given the flexability I
need to accomplish what I want.
