Of course, an xml file is the way to go...

My mistake, 257.8 is the frequency most commonly used as ground control,
122.1 is a kind of backup tower frequency, or sometimes the tower
frequency for civilian aircraft. It may be monitored by military
aircraft if they want to know what's going on besides military traffic,
depending on the standard procedures for the airfield.

I'll try and see what I can do for French military airfields.
