You can try the homepage of the StarAlliance (they consist of quite a few big carriers).
AFAIK the offer their timetables in an electronic format to download.
At least they have them packaged for PDAs and a very cool screen saver where you can see all flights at their current (predicted) position. (Sorry for Windows only IIRC)
