JSBSim planes* "shake" a little when they are on the ground due to the
way the gear modelling works.  This is only really noticeable when the
aircraft is stopped; once you are rolling for takeoff it's basically
irrelevant.

* YASim has the same issue, but to a lesser extent.  This is because
  of the way ground reactions are "stiff" numerically, and it's hard
  to fix.

As with all bug reports about aircraft handling, it's really important
to be specific about what you are reporting.  What, exactly, are you
doing in FlightGear?  What, exactly, is the behavior you see?  What,
exactly, is the behavior you *want* to see?
