Here's the source. The fonts are included here:
$PLIB/src/fnt/fntBitmap.cxx
I'll add a similar file $FGFS/src/GUI/fonts.cxx for the fgfs-specific
fonts, if I get the OK. :-)
It would be nice if you would add all available fonts to the README.gui
document.
