Well, TaxiDraw actually _does_ operate on runways, you just have to
unlock the runway by using "Edit -> Unlock Runways". But if I
understand correctly ....

....  it is not the airport database entry that you want to change. If
the airport database entry actually differs from the Scenery you use
then I suspect that someone checked an update to LFPO into the database
in CVS _after_ Curt distributed the current Scenery set. You probably
use the base package from CVS with the 0.9.8 Scenery.

Oh, my current trouble with FlightGear on my worklplace at home is much
larger than just a small offset of one airport in the Scenery ....  ;-)
