I agree. If one doesn't have a huge screen, then one may quite often wrap over, which causes a lot of not so pretty mouse pointer skipping in the center of the screen (where one probably looks most often). I'd push the limits out (to 0.1 -- 0.9?). And it's not only the pointer flickering, but also the fact that we need to "eat" a few mouse events each time.
