I was at Fuhlsbüttel recently to do research for the EDDH tower I
contributed to FGFSDB. There were two white strobe lights atop the
tower, flashing at what might have been one-second intervals.
Visibility was pretty low that day. The next time I returned, it was
late afternoon (but the weather was fine) and the strobes were on
again. Don't know if they are turned off during the day.

And yes, I think the EDDH tower should also have a rotating radar... :-)
