Hi.
I use UFO to examine scenery.
I start from an airport, position the vehicle in air (altitude, longitude,
latitude, heading).
Is there a way to make it just hover in air setting its speed to 0?
thanks

Hi,
if you use FG CVS or Fred's binaries of 0.9.10 (see bottom) then you can
use Melchior Franz' great UFO improvement - speed reduction with the "flaps"
Your actual speed setting is displayed when you select flap down/up and
it makes navigating the UFO to a selected point very comfortable!
And you will get "Zero" speed with this even if your joystick-throttle
is not very precise (null-zone).

Here is what Fred mailed to us:
It seems that 0.9.10 is under way. This is just a reminder that there
are Win32 builds of fgfs and other fg tools here :
ftp://ftp.ihg.uni-duisburg.de/FlightGear/Win32
Try them *before* the release, give feedbacks, and this release will be
successful.
Thanks,
-Fred
