Hello everybody, I'm working on a Seaplane, the Grumman Albatros. Currently I simulate the water by using a permanently braking gear, which is not quite realistic.
My questions are: 1. how can I find out wether an aircraft is on ground or on water? 2. Is there any possibility to get some "water-fdm" for seaplanes to use? (I tried simulating the pitch up on start run by using a giant spoiler, but the result was not satisfying. Screenshots and the (not finished) aircraft is here: www.sol2500.net/flightgear/aircr_e.htm Greetings Detlef ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
