Nowhere. I removed it again from my build system. It was just a quick
and dirty proof of concept. The result wasn't acceptable yet: it was
ugly in comparison with the current (f16) HUD, blurry and cut off
(probably a bug in od_gauge). I'll revisit that again later, after
some more changes to the HUD code.
