Thanks - it'll be much appreciated.

Could you check the STEERING axis too?  I've been guessing that 
it's normalised to +/- 90 deg on the basis that you wouldn't 
want to be able to turn the nose gear beyond the point where you 
couldn't tell if the gear was facing forwards or backwards, if 
you see what I mean.
