This wasn't meant seriously, but rather just as an (undesirable) option that would be better still than letting fgfs abort for no good reason, and very frequently, too. Mathias didn't ignore the problem, but simply couldn't reproduce, so we'll need some more input. I fly about as often in the bay aread as I'm flying in Austria. Yet, I think I've only seen the problem twice in the former, but *many* times in the latter area. The only relevant difference is that no part of Austria lies at sea level. :-) Could this play a role?
