No. The recent changes only concerned property names. An "incorrect path" in a "configuration file" can't have anything to do with that. I'd try to find out which path is deemed incorrect and check the target. On Linux one would probably do that with $ strace -fF -eopen fgfs --aircraft=ec135 and check which is the last file that couldn't be opened.
