Well, that was what I didn't understand... I checked all header files and couldn't find a mistake in them. The problem was: I linked against the wrong FlightGearLib.lib ... There was a previous version of it in my directory that I didn't notice. Once I deleted it and linked against the right build FlightGear-Lib it all worked fine. It now works and I got a much better performance than with the version compiled with Cygwin. Starting time has shortened significantly and Framerates are much higher (Cygwin 11-20fps, MSVC 30-50fps).
