OV10_CDF and OV10_NASA are now fixed. The issue had nothing to do with the OSG port. Only a file name conflict because 2 files in the same directory had names only differentiated by case. This is not good for windows that ignore case in file names and one file was took for the other, creating an infinite loop in xml inclusion.
