Hi Roberto,

Different radar types rotate at different speeds.  Some radars rotate at
different speeds [1] based on the mode they are operating in. US TRACON
radar operates at about 4.25 seconds per rotation [2] or 60/4.5 = or 13
1/3 RPM.

Faster rotation means lower range and/or lower resolution.
