Can't somebody with CVS write-access then just merge those changes into the CVS/HEAD branch of the src/FDM/JSBSim directory? I don't think any of the JSBSim files were different in the two branches. (I have recently been looking for such changes since my lighter-than-air modification stopped working with CVS/HEAD somewhere between August and November but couldn't find any.) The up-to-date version of JSBSim has loads of improvements over the old one.
