Not any more. Nowadays it uses $FG_ROOT/Input/Joysticks/template.xml as template for joystick configs, which uses the Nasal wrappers for everything but Aileron, Elevator, Ruder, View Direction, View Elevation, View Cycle and Elevator Trim. If new wrappers become available, please feel free to change this template, so generated joystick configs start using them.
