I'd be happy to put your changes into CVS and I'm convinced others will
do so as well. To my impression the bottleneck regarding CVS
maintenance in FlightGear is related to the source trees but not to the
base package.
If you have a change to add, simply place it onto your web server and
announce it on this list.
