Martin,
 you are fully right,
and i gave it available on my Private site , with,  the necessary Flightgear 
Patch (from Mathias) to fly it.  :)

And i worry my misunderstanding regarding  that Licence jam  GPL, GPL2 , CC (i 
did not know it), so if you felt  any offence from me, i apologize.
