Thank you for your input.  I have made the revisions to the best of my ability. 
 When I tried the correct <chase-distance-m> setting, it caused the viewpoint 
to be much too close to the aircraft.  Instead, I used negative values for the 
<z-offset-m> settings in the second and third views.  Also, Models/787-8CO.ac 
should be removed, as it was replaced with Models/787-8.ac.
