I've seen them on other occasions in fg/plib. Haven't tried with Shift-Esc, but I think that's a plib problem. Don't think that's something we can fix before the release. It's definitely not one of bugs that people usually report. More of a "Doctor, it hurts" problem. :-) > 2.
