Hello, My name is Salvador Vazquez. We are working on an autopilot here at UCSC and I am working on the ground station and since our autopilot is not working i want to use flightgear for data. But the problem is I want to use flightgear's own autopilot but be able to pick lon, lat, and alt on matlab and transfer it to flightgear's autopilot in real time. i have been working with simulink but the inputs for the flightgear's 6d of animation takes in a vector with 6 inputs lat long alt heading pitch and i cant remember the last one. But anyway i was wondering if you could possibly give me advice on how to set up something in simulink so i can pick lat long and alt to have the autopilot of flightgear take it there in real time. I would truly appreciate any help with this problem. I should also mention that I am an intern and do not know much on simulink, although i have been reading up it is still a very advanced program that i can not learn in such a short time. Please help and thank you.
