As stated on the respective website, CIGI is not much of a 'MultiPlayer' protocol, in contrast: "CIGI is an open simulation protocol for communication between a host device and IG." Instead, I'd lobby for familiarization with "VirtualAir", an effort which aims at integrating FlightGear with HLA-compilant simulation frameworks via the CERTI "RunTime Infrastructure": http://virtualair.sourceforge.net/ As far as I can tell, VirtualAir is not yet ready for general consumption - the project is still quite young, Martin. -- Unix _IS_ user friendly - it's just selective about who its friends are ! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list Flightgear-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/flightgear-devel
