Hi, here are SID/STAR data from the XPlane Goodway Flightplanner. They are a bit outdated, I don't know if other data are available (other related project?). I'm used to use them in my flightplan script, and asked some years ago to the Goodway team to use them within FG, they were fine with that, just they ask me not to use them with an other flight planner project, but I just can't remember its name. They lack some airports, and not all FIXes are known in our fix.dat, but maybe these could be useful for your needs.
