I noticed a small issue on the local time today, when I tried flying in Brazil(quite rare for me, I normally show up on LOWI :p). Well, I selected my city's airport(SBRF), only to see a small issue on the local time: it was GMT -2! That would be the correct behavior, but the region where SBRF is has no DST, so it continues to be GMT -3. There are some other regions that don't have DST too, I can check those if you want.
