Hi Gabor,

I'm the admin of mpserve12.flightgear.org and i cannot seem to create a
connection to the tracker. A telnet to port 8000 of the tracker ip also
gives a connection refused.

FG_TRACKER::InitTracker() - failed to create TCP socket
FG_TRACKER::InitTracker() - failed to create TCP
socketFG_TRACKER::InitTracker() - failed to create TCP socket

source ip 62.129.133.10
