I presume you meant "git commit" instead of "git submit".

Assuming you've committed your changes to your local master branch, then "git push origin master" will do the trick. If your local branch is no longer up-to-date because someone else has committed something to the repo, then you'll need to merge those changes before you can commit your own, either with "git pull origin" or "git fetch origin; git merge origin/master".
