Hello,
I created an account on the wiki.flightgear.org last week, and I can log into
it, but cannot create content.
For example, creating my user page, I get this:

When I try to follow the instructions to complete the registration I get this:

I thought maybe I had a typo in the email address given, so I created another
account, but still received no email.
I see that there appears to be a bot creating lot's of accounts on the wiki, so
maybe it's locked down? If so, I'd like to know what I need to do to activate
my account.
I've also tried accessing the above page from IE8 on Windows. Mostly, I uses
firefox on Fedora.
