And here's the point: A 'significant' number (in the statistical
meaning) of FlightGear developers is, to put it mildly, not very well
trained in the competence of developing consensus. Exactly this is the
topic I'd expect a "project management" in the OpenSource/volunteer
arena to take serious care of.
