The reason I added it is that we got quite some people that accidentaly enabled
this option in FGRun and couldn't find it back. It really is a "rendering
option" IMO,but I don't care if you move it to the Debug Menu. Altough I don't
think it deserves
a special menu-item and make the already big Debug Menu even bigger...
Submenus would be nice here, but I guess our GUI system is too basic for that.
