I ran a "git mv" command, but it looks like that didn't remove the old file (counter my expectations). If anybody could enlighten me which build files should be changed, I'd be happy to do so (last year I touched the windows build files, in response to James' Hudson server, but the results were somewhat mixed, IIRC. FWIW, I'll try to commit a bugfix shortly, which - in addition to removing the ATCDialog files, also addresses a problem when starting at a non airport location.
