Initially the "terragear-cs" mapserver repository started as a mirror
of the old CVS tree - the mirror which is still available as the
"terragear"-project on the mapserver - and has since been the primary
subject of development.  You'll notice when looking at the log.

Admittedly I don't understand what should be rebased and what should be
pushed - and why.  "terragear-cs" contains everything which had been
available in "terragear" and there's still ongoing development in
"terragear-cs", thus why not leave things the way they are ?
