Also, note the scenery is not working because of specific problems with the cs_scrub.shp file. There are no elevation problems with the SRTM, for whatever reason the Scrub file is not being turned into scenery properly.
Because I am using ignore-landmass, it is being turned into ocean, which of course is at 0 elevation.
