OK .... in the interest of user-friendlyness I went over to my wizzard friend's workshop and convinced him to let me fire up his time-machine again and fixed the <esc> and <space> keys so now hitting either of them will dismiss the dialog too :-) now if I can only figure out the FDM warp coefficient for that machine .....
