[Flightgear-users] problem with scenery objects in 0.9.6

I can't see the KSFO airport building in the default startup 
configuration. Also the golden gate bridge is gone. Some problem with 
the scenery, or my scenery installation?

$ tree /usr/share/FlightGear/Scenery/ -d
/usr/share/FlightGear/Scenery/

The airport building seems to be there:
/usr/share/FlightGear/Scenery/Objects/w130n30/w123n37/ksfo-international-terminal.ac
I also get these two errors/warnings upon startup. I don't know if they 
are related to my problems:
$ fgfs

Altitude = 13
