The quick "cheat" is to type "Ctrl-R" to bring up a radio frequency
dialog box and you can just type in whatever you want.
I believe the interactive panel system expects left mouse button clicks
to tune the fractional part of the frequency and middle mouse button
clicks to tune the whole digits portion of the frequency.
