Very eloquently put.  While I have no complaints as to my real world 
situation, I entirely agree that these touches make all the difference in 
simulators.  Maybe it's just me, but my world consists of details, and when 
other people take the trouble to implement them, I appreciate it greatly.

The inclusion of the Coffman starting system in the Spitfire/Seafire is a 
prime example, although there are countless others which really improve the 
overall "feel" and involvement in the sim.
