My local airfields have (generic) control towers in FG, and I'm in the back of beyond in Scotland... you want to visit the excellent Flightgear Scenery Database at http://fgfsdb.stockill.org/ and download the models there. The great thing about that effort is that everyone can add objects that exist in areas of their interest - even if you can't produce the models themselves, you can submit the location and suitable pre-existing model name of local objects.
