The problem with trying to trick the system into looking right is that it'll end up being a mess. At night we'll have to raise the lights 13 feet above runway to get them above the scaffolds, or just make the scaffolds invisible, neither of which sounds like a good idea. Dusk and dawn won't work. Am I right in saying that the problem is that the center of KSFO is at 13 feet elevation but the edges slope down to zero(ish) to meet the water tiles? Is this the kind of thing that FGSD can correct?
