IIRC I did the following

- throttle a third open
- prime 5 times
- next cartridge
- press and hold the starter until high oil pressure
and RPM reached
- switch in the magnetos one at a time.

I think with the magnetos on the starter wasn't able
to get the prop moving fast enough... or something.

I found it even more difficult to fly, so haven't used
it for a while.
