Hmm, interesting. But, real contrails develop some considerable distance
behind the aircraft, after the hot core exhaust has lost heat through
diffusion and
turbulence. Then, the turbulence and diffusion continues to spread the
trail,
so it gets LARGER the farther behind the aircraft it is.
