I was able to get my Saitek X45 joysticks to work well with fgfs 0.9.8,
but now with 0.9.9 everything is back to the "default" joystick mapping,
meaning I have to twiddle what fgfs assigned to the mixture control knob
for the throttle. The X45 with Linux assigns this to axis 2 for some
reason, according to js_demo. Also, the rudder is now inoperative. It's no
fun not having a rudder because I can't steer!

A look at the fgfs-base-0.9.9.tar.bz2 file shows no joystick.xml file, but
a keyboard.xml file does exist. Was this an oversight, or is everything
supposed to work without this file?
