Hi Martin,

I'm not sure you can set command line parameters directly through the
wizard. 

The PDF version of the 0.9.9 Getting Started Guide has information on
running FG directly from the command line on Windows. Could you take a
look at that? 

You'd be doing me a big favour by checking that information I put there
make sense to someone not familiar with Unix-style stuff. Though from your
Knoppix experience, you're probably getting very very familiar with it...

Personally, I find it easier to run fgfs directly than using the wizard.
