It can't be, since you have to take off in the opposite direction that
you land. A one direction runway would have you landing *and* taking off
in the same direction.
Obviously this is written different than what it sounds.I would have thought
all aircraft using the same runway would land and takeoff in the one
direction.
Just think of the fun if the aircraft taking off were going in the opposite
direction to the ones landing.----->*<------ :-)
