I have downloaded MIRC.

Here we use Zone Labs Professional Security Suite (paid version) and
normally if there is some form of access or exit, it will ask to accept it
or not. It does not ask to allow it an exit and thus, I cannot get out and
the MIRC dialogue does state that it is either blocked by Zone Labs or
unable to connect to firewall.

What should I be telling it to do? I have offered options to connect
directly to irc.flightgear.org etc, but the FAQs say that a dialogue box
will come up when I have made a connection so to access my desired
#flightgear channel etc. This is obviously a configuration problem where I
need to know a particular piece of information to use.

Thank you

Martin

you could use MIRC. but it costs after the trial period. but you can
continue using it after the trial period though.
